    I Bought 2 couch covers 180cm x 340cm in white for my son and my daughter in law. They fit Perfectly. Great quality. They feel soft and luxurious and they don’t slip off. Now we can relax on the sofa and watch the footy while eating a pie and sauce and a glass of red wine! I would definitely recommend them, in fact Im going to buy myself and my other son and his wife a set.

    Will admit to being dubious about buying online, but could not source anything locally. The price seemed a little too good to be true, but here we are with our new covers and they are amazing😍 The chenille fabric is soft as and absolutely beautiful to sit on. They fit as per description and the colour is exactly as pictured on the website. I'm no artiste and help from the kitten and then my older girl (pictured) didn't give me a chance to tidy up the presentation yet, but it's already doing its job of keeping cat fur off the brand new pale blue couch. Very happy with the quality, comfort (also approved by old Torti who hates EVERYTHING😂) and service and would definitely recommend.

    Im not going to lie I was so worried that these covers would not be like what I seen online, but I can tell you they are actually better than I expected.     They look great, feel soft and high quality, are machine washable and definitely protect our couch. However they are not scratch proof! I’m not sure why I thought they might be, but they didn’t stand a chance against little puppy claws. Luckily they’re double sided, so we can flip them over once the scratching phase is over. Happy customer!

    Picture does not do it justice , this is well made , the dog who is still a pup , jumps all over it , Claws at it and still it looks pretty good , my wife is also happy with the quality , im going to but another 2 for the rear seats in our cars .     Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you've opened your CouchCare to inspect it or briefly check the fit, you can still exchange it for another size or colour provided it remains unused, unwashed and in as-new condition.

    Items that have been used or washed are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

    Final Sale items are excluded from our 30-day change-of-mind return and exchange policy. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

    How does it work with an L-shape couch/couch with chaise?

    Most L-shaped couches are covered using two Couch Protectors — one for the main couch and one for the chaise.

    Please check our L-shape measurement guide or send us your couch dimensions and we’ll recommend the best sizes for you.

    Will it slide off my leather sofa?

    Leather is smoother than fabric, so some movement is normal.

    Our Couch Protectors are designed to stay in place through their weight, drape and correct sizing, but they are not glued or rubber-backed.

    Can I put it in the washing machine?

    Yes, all Couch Protectors are machine washable.

    We recommend:

    • Cold, gentle cycle

    • Mild detergent

    • Air dry or low-heat tumble dry

    Are CouchCare™ Couch Protectors waterproof?

    Our Couch Protectors are not water proof. However they are a thick fabric which will provide a barrier for small spills, if the protector is removed quickly.

    Do you sell Protectors for lounge chairs?

    Yes — depending on the size, our 180 × 280cm Couch Protector is suitable for many armchairs and recliners.

    Please refer to our size guide or contact us with your measurements for advice.

    Are they pet friendly?

    Our Couch Protectors are pet-friendly, meaning they help protect against fur, dirt and everyday wear.

    They are not claw-proof or snag-proof, as they are woven fabric.

    If your pet scratches or digs, the cover itself may show wear — acting as a protective layer so your couch underneath stays safe.

    Are they suitable for use on reclining sofas?

    Yes - however, we recommend removing the Couch Protector while adjusting the recliner to avoid the fabric shifting or catching while the sofa is moving.

    What fabric are the Couch Protectors made from?

    They are made from a soft chenille-style polyester designed to be comfortable, durable and help grip the couch surface.

    Are they reversible?

    Patterned Couch Protectors can be used on both sides.

    Plain Colour Couch Protectors have a grey protective backing underneath and are designed to be used with the coloured side facing up.

    Will pet hair stick to the fabric?

    Pet hair can be easily removed with a lint roller, vacuum or brush, and washes out in the machine.

    The fabric is designed so hair doesn’t embed deeply.

    What size should I buy?
